What is an Unconference?
There are no predefined topics or speakers at an unconference. During
the conference, participants make suggestions or express wishes. The
topics are completely open. The participants then choose their favorite
topic.
This makes the topics for beginners or advanced, for frontend or backend, for
developers or non-developers. Just as you want!
There’s a lot of coffee and many
breaks. The most important thing about an Unconference is the conversations!
How does a conference like this work?
There’s a pre-party on the Friday evening before the conference. On the first day of the conference we want to get to know each other a little bit, so there’s a big round of introductions. Then we will look for topics together and vote democratically (with glue!). There’ll be workshops or talks in different rooms. In between there will be coffee and lots of food. In the evening there’ll be the after-show party and on Sunday we’ll again propose and choose topics and eat a lot ...
Who is organizing this conference?
This conference is organized by FireGento e.V. and five people from the community who have already organized events in the Magento world and would like to continue this for the Shopware community.
Carmen, Claudia, Fabian, Rico, Tobias
Please read carefully!
We're enforcing the following rules:
You must be recovered from COVID within the last 3 months or be fully vaccinated within the last 6 months.
AND you have to show an official "Antigen-Schnelltest" (antigen quick test). Please see our maps overview of official test centers around the venues. Understand that we will not accept "Selbsttests" (self tested) or completely untested attendees.
AND you have to provide a test even if you are "boostered".
We do recommend that you test yourself BEFORE you leave your hometown. We would be very sad, if you get stuck in cologne with a positive test result!
On all our locations, you have to present a negative antigen quick test that is done within the last 24 hours. Positive tests or test results that are older than 24 hours will not be accepted. You can - however - also provide an negative PCR (NAT) test that is done within the last 48 hours.
Please understand that we will not let you attend the preparty, the event itself or the aftershow party if you cannot comply with these regulations.
The safety of all of us has the highest priority!
We recommend to get tested on friday afternoon. This test will then be valid for the pre party and the first day of the event. We recommend to have the second testing on saturday late afternoon. This test will then be valid for the aftershow party and the second day of the event.
Please bring FFP2 masks with you as these might be required in the venues. We will make sure you know when to wear an FFP2 mask on the venue with corresponding signage.
Important: We will verify your testing results with your ID card. Please make sure to bring your "Personalausweis", ID card, Passport or "Reisepass" with you!
A complete list of all official testing centers can be found at the website of the city of cologne.
